I saw Derek Hough this past week, on the last night of his 2019 tour, in Reading, Pennsylvania. HE WAS INCREDIBLE! The man dances, sings, plays guitar, taps - and he does them all wonderfully. But, even more than that, he's personable, funny, caring, and seems to be "himself" on stage, clearly enjoying every moment of his time there. He and his crew were in tears at the end of one of the most entertaining shows I've ever seen, clearly sad that their time together was ending. Most of the audience felt exactly the same.
